These are the general terms and conditions that apply to all bookings and transactions made at our establishment. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms:

Reservation
By making a reservation on our website, the client agrees to the following general terms and conditions. To book a stay, you must provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, the dates you wish to stay, the number of guests, etc. Your reservation is confirmed only when you have received a confirmation email from us. Check-in and Check-out
Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times set by the establishment to allow for the cleaning and preparation of rooms for the next guests.
Check-in policy: The room is available from 3:00 PM, unless early check-in is available.
Check-out policy: The room must be vacated by 11:00 AM, unless late check-out is available (additional fees may apply).

Rates and Payments
Payment for your stay is made at the time of booking to the conditions indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount of the reservation, any service fees, and applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and date change policies vary depending on the type of booking and the selected rate.

Security Deposit
A €350 hold will be placed on your payment card to cover any potential damages. No amount will be charged. This hold will be released 1 to 2 days after the accommodation has been inspected upon your departure.

Adult Only
Our hotel is exclusively for adults to ensure a calm and serene atmosphere. By booking, you agree not to bring children. We thank you for your understanding and inform you that, otherwise, access to the hotel will unfortunately not be permitted.

Guest Responsibilities
Guests must comply with the rules and policies of the establishment during their stay. Guests are responsible for the condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.
Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

Accommodation Responsibility
We are committed to providing quality service and making your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident beyond our control. In case of problems or complaints during your stay, we ask that you inform us immediately so that we can take appropriate measures to resolve the situation.

Quiet Hours
From a certain time, after 10:00 PM, guests are asked to maintain silence to avoid disturbing other residents who wish to rest.

Prohibition of Parties or Noisy Events
To ensure the tranquility of guests and respect the rules of coexistence, no parties or noisy events can be held on the premises.

Respect for Property and Other Guests
Guests must respect common and private property, as well as other guests staying at the establishment.

Safety Rules
Guests must comply with established safety rules, such as the proper use of facilities.

Refund Processing
Refunds for cancellations, if any, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Partial Stays
No refunds will be given for early departures or unused nights unless otherwise specified in the reservation.

Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), the cancellation conditions may be adjusted at the discretion of the hotel management. Guests will be promptly informed of any changes in cancellation conditions due to force majeure events.

Pet Policy
We offer strictly pet-free accommodations. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to an additional fee of €250 for cleaning and disinfection.

Non-Smoking Policy and Cooking
Luxury Suites Koksijde is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms and common areas.
Designated smoking areas: Outdoor designated smoking areas are available for guests who wish to smoke. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to an additional fee of €250 for cleaning and disinfection.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our residents, please note that the use of appliances such as barbecues, fondue sets, raclette grills, and grills in our suite apartments is strictly prohibited. This measure aims to prevent fire hazards, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all our guests.

Cleaning
At Luxury Suites Koksijde, we take care of cleaning your suite and providing fresh linen. However, we kindly ask you to leave the dishes and oven in the same clean condition as you found them upon arrival. If needed, we can handle this for you at an additional charge. Thank you for your understanding.
